How to claim your boost rewards
Considering boosting our Discord server, or have you already done it? Awesome! For every boost you get one premium banner or a Discord icon with a background every month, for as long as you're boosting, completely free of charge. And claiming it couldn't be easier.
Boosting our Discord Server
First of all, to be able to claim your boost rewards you have to be a server booster. This is incredibly easy and Discord already has an excellent tutorial about it over on their site!
Once your boost is active, and your name is a shiny purple colour, head on over to the next step!
Claiming your boost code
Once you've verified that you're boosting and that your DMs are enabled in the server, head on over to the #🤖bot-commands channel and type -claimboost
The bot will then DM you an exclusive code that you can use on the site to create a Discord icon with a custom background using our free Discord logo maker, or a premium animated banner using our free animated banner maker!
Using your boost code
This step differs a bit depending on if you'd like an animated banner or a discord icon, but they're still pretty close!
Using it for a discord icon
Choose an icon that you'd like from our selection over at our Discord logo maker. Once you've found one that you like, make sure that it's compatible with a custom background by finding this field:
Then upload the background you'd like to use. However please note that there are some restrictions:
- It must be under 8mb
- It must be a valid gif, jpg or png file
- It must not be a webp file
Once you've verified that your desired background is valid, and you've filled out the name you want on the icon, the colour and your email, load the preview! Press the "preview" button and wait about 30 seconds and you'll see a static version of your Discord logo. If you're pleased with how it looks, press the "order" button, then the "boost" button and enter in the code you got in the previous step. And don't forget the "BOOST-" part! Once you've got the code filled in, click order and give it a few seconds to transmit your file, please don't spam the order button.
If everything went well, you should see a message saying that your order has been received! It will land in your inbox within 30 minutes, usually even quicker! If it doesn't, please feel free to open a ticket in our Discord server and we'll help you out.
Using it for a premium animated banner
Head on over to the premium page. Select the banner you want, and fill out the details for it, such as name and features. Once you've verified that the entered information is correct, enter the boost code you got in the last step in the "coupon" field at the very bottom, like here:
Once you've entered it, press apply and you'll see that the price of the template has been changed to $0. Verify once again that the information you've entered is correct, and then press "order". You'll be prompted with a modal asking you to confirm your information, and once you're happy with it, press confirm. If everything went well, you should see a message saying that your order has been received! Your order will land in your inbox within 30 minutes, usually even quicker! If it doesn't, please feel free to open a ticket in our Discord server and we'll help you out.
What if I can't boost your server?
Fear not! You can either pay $0.99 for the Discord icon with a background, or $1-4 for an animated banner. If you can't afford that, no worries! Simply join our Discord server and chat with other users of our animated banner and discord logo maker! For every message you send you get 1-5 coins, and once you've got 800 coins you can exchange them for a premium product. However if you aren't too social, you can always just vote for us and get 50 free coins, twice a day!
